Die Decke für unseren jüngsten Sohn ist weg. Eigentlich wurde bloss ein fast schwarzer Stoff mit japanischer Zeichnung umrandet und gequiltet. Das passt für den Japanfan und seine moderne Wohnung.The plaid for our youngest son isn't here anymore. As a matter of fact I only used an almost black fabric with Japanese drawings which got a border and was finally quiltet. It's the perfect "quilt" for our son who lives in a modern furnished flat and who is a fan of Japan.
Obwohl ich ja eher ganz helle Farben (und weiss) für mich selbst liebe, so darf es an Weihnachten doch ganz traditionell rot, gold und grün sein. Versuche im Moment Filzanhänger in Sternenform zu basteln, die den Türkranz schmücken sollen.Though I prefer bright colors (and white) for myself, I also like the traditional colors red, gold and green for Christmas. At the moment I'm trying to create felt stars which should decorate the wreath which will be hanging at the front door during Christmas time.
Langsam aber sicher verspüre ich eine gewisse Hektik, bzw. Nervosität. Weihnachten steht ja vor der Tür. Bald sind wir wieder weg und kommen erst am 1. Advent zurück. Etliche Arbeiten sind noch nicht fertig. Ob es dann wohl Nachtschichten für mich gibt? Es sieht fast so aus....Slowly I'm getting a bit nervous and I feel a certain hecticness. Christmas isn't far away and in a few days we are travelling to Portugal and will only be back after the first Advent Sunday. There are still some little gifts waiting to be finished. It looks as if I was going to have some nightshifts...
